First, crumble the shortbread and mix it with the melted butter. Fill the crumbs equally into 6 dessert cups: 12 cl = 4 oz Chill in fridge.❄️

Mix vanilla pudding with lemon curd and cream cheese in a bowl. Then fold in the whipped cream. First, fill half of the prepared lemon cream into your cups as the second layer.
