Ingredients:
cookie crumbs
giotto cream
decoration
Instructions

1st shortbread crumble layer
Mix the shortbread crumbles with the melted butter.
Fill half of the crumbs equally into 6 dessert cups: 12 cl = 4 oz
Chill in the fridge...

1st cream layer
Mix quark, plain yogurt, vanilla yogurt, and chopped hazelnuts.🌰 Combine this mixture with the whipped cream and fill it into a piping bag with star tip and fill two-thirds of the cream into the dessert cups.

2nd shortbread layer
Spoon the second half of the shortbread butter mixture in to the dessert cups.

2nd cream layer (decoration)
Decorate your desserts with the leftover cream third and place the Giotto pralines.
Last but not least, sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts on the cream and enjoy either now or let chill and enjoy later...
