easy step by step method:

1st Layer (crumbs)
Begin with crumbling the shortbread and mixing it with the melted butter.
Fill the crumbs equally into 6 dessert cups: 12 cl = 4 oz
Chill in the fridge...❄️

Decorated Edges (Strawberries)
Outline the dessert cups with the 4 sliced strawberries for a beautiful look.🍓

2nd Layer (Yoghurt Cream)
Mix quark, yogurt, and vanilla sugar. Combine this mixture with the whipped cream for the cream and fill it into a piping bag. Fill the dessert cups with the entire yogurt cream. (See picture)
Let chill.❄️

3rd Layer (Strawberry Mousse)
Puree the strawberry cubes for the mousse in a small saucepan and whisk in water and agar agar powder. Heat this mixture on the stove and let simmer for 2 minutes. Let cool lukewarm and spread onto the dessert cups. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.❄️

Decoration (cream and slices)
Pipe the whipped cream for the decoration beautifully on the strawberry shooters. Decorate with 6 strawberry slices and some shortbread crumbs. Enjoy... ;)🍓

I used 6 dessert glasses (4 oz = 12 cl) you may adjust the ingredients for bigger or for more glasses.
