step by step method:

1st step:
First, cut all the ladyfinger biscuits into small pieces and fill one third of them into 6 dessert cups each 12 cl = 4 oz. Drizzle the biscuits in the cups with a little coffee.

2nd step:
Mix the egg yolks and the powdered sugar in a small bowl on the highest level until the mixture gets light and creamy. Mix in the cold mascarpone. Now fold in the two whipped egg whites and the cooled whipped cream until you get a homogenous mass. Fill this cream into a piping bag with star tip.

3rd step:
Start layering:
- 1. Drizzled ladyfinger biscuits (already prepared)
- 2. Pipe in one third of the cream
- 3. Fill the second half of the biscuits in the cups and drizzle them like before
- 4. Pipe in the second third of the cream
- 5. Now close up the cups with the remaining biscuit pieces and drizzle with coffee of course

4th. step:
Decorate with the remaining cream as displayed in the photo and sieve a little cocoa onto the last cream layer for deco. Chill for at least 10 min in fridge and enjoy...
