First, crumble the chocolate cookies and mix with the melted butter. Split half of this mixture into 6 dessert cups: 22 cl = 7,4 oz
Chill in fridge.❄️
Cut the raspberries for the cream into small pieces and mix all the ingredients for the cream together. Fill it in a piping bag with a round tip and fill the cream equally into the cups as the second layer.
For the 3rd layer spread the remaining cookie crumbs into the cups.
Puree the raspberries in a small saucepan and whisk in the agar agar powder and the powdered sugar. Heat up your mixture and let simmer for 2 min. Whisk the raspberry mousse till lukewarm and spoon it in the cups.
Let chill for 10 minutes.❄️
Fill the whipped cream into a piping bag with star tip and decorate the dessert cups with it. Place the raspberries and peppermint leaves and sprinkle some chocolate chips over your desserts. Enjoy...
