In a bowl, combine the crushed shortbread cookies with melted butter. Mix well and separate on 7 dessert cups each: (16 cl 5 1/2 oz).
Divide two-thirds of the diced strawberries among the cups, creating the second layer.
In a big bowl, mix whipped cream, vanilla yogurt, plain yogurt, and vanilla sugar. Gently fold in the coconut flakes and the crumbled Raffaello into the mixture until well combined and fluffy.
Spoon the yogurt cream over the strawberry layer in each cup, creating the third layer.
Place the remaining diced strawberries on top. Now, sprinkle a generous pinch of coconut flakes on top of each dessert cup. Finally, place one Raffaello praline on the top of each dessert.
