Ingredients:
    pear compote:
  • 330 grams pears (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 70 milliliters water (hot)
  • short bread crumbles:
  • 100 grams chocolate short bread (crushed/crumbled)
  • 30 milliliters melted butter
  • vanilla pudding:
  • 600 grams vanilla pudding
  • Dekoration:
  • 120 grams whipped cream
  • 6 slices of a pear
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
step by step method:
  1. 1st step:Pear Dessert Cups

    Begin by placing all the ingredients for the pear compote into a small saucepan. Allow this mixture to simmer on the stove for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon. Rinse and let cool at room temperature.

  2. 2nd step:Mini Dessert Cups

    Combine the melted butter with the shortbread crumbles. Fill half of the vanilla pudding into 6 dessert cups, each holding 12 cl (4 oz). Layer half of the crumbles on top, then add half of the prepared pear compote. Repeat these three layers as shown in the picture.

  3. 3rd step:Pudding Cups

    Transfer the whipped cream into a piping bag fitted with a star tip, and use it to decorate the pudding cups beautifully. Sprinkle a touch of cinnamon on top and garnish each cup with a slice of pear. Let chill for 10 minutes, and then indulge in your delicious pudding cups!
