Ingredients:
    Short Bread
  • 100 grams chocolate short bread
  • 20 grams butter (melted)
  • Nougat Cream
  • 200 grams mascarpone
  • 100 grams chocolate nougat
  • 200 grams whipped cream
  • Chocolate Filling
  • 90 grams milk chocolate (melted)
  • 100 grams whipping cream (hot)
  • Decoration
  • 35 grams chopped hazelnuts
  • 120 grams whipped cream
  • 2 kinder buenos
  • 10 grams chopped hazelnuts
step by step method:
  1. 1st step (chocolate short bread):kinder bueno dessert

    First, crumble the chocolate shortbread and mix it with the melted butter. Divide half of this mixture onto 6 dessert cups = 12 cl 4 oz.

  2. 2nd step (nougat cream):kinder bueno parfait

    Mix the chocolate nougat and the mascarpone in a bowl. Fold in the 200 g of the whipped cream. Fill this cream into the dessert cups. Use a piping bag with a star tip if you like. Now prepare the chocolate ganache. Mix the melted chocolate with 100 g of the hot whipping cream. Insert the handle of a spoon into the cream in the cups and turn it, so that a hole is created in the middle of the cream and fill in the ganache. (It should be soft but no longer hot!)

  3. 3rd step (topping and deco):kinder bueno dessert cups

    Now spread the 35 grams of the chopped hazelnuts on this layer. Close up with the second half of the prepared chocolate shortbread. And pipe the whipped cream for the deco on the dessert cups.
