1st step:
Begin by pureeing the kiwis in a small saucepan and whisking in the dry ingredients for the kiwi mousse. Heat this mixture on the stove over medium heat and let it simmer for 2 minutes.

2nd step:
Allow it to cool off for 4 minutes. Next, place 6 dessert cups (12 cl = 4 oz) into a muffin tin (refer to the picture). Now, pour in the liquid kiwi mousse, filling half of the glasses.
Chill in the fridge until the mousse is set. It took about two hours for me, but you can also prepare all of this one day before serving and let the mousse set overnight.

3rd step:
Now, blend all the cream ingredients until they're thoroughly combined. Fill the dessert cups with this cream. For decoration, transfer the whipped cream into a piping bag with a star tip and garnish your desserts with it.
Put one kiwi slice in each cup and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top. Serve and enjoy... ;)
