Ingredients:
    persimmon dessert:
  • 500 milliliters milk
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 400 grams persimmons - aka. khaki (peeled cleaned & diced)
  • decoration:
  • 150 grams persimmons - aka. khaki (peeled cleaned & diced)
step by step method:
  1. 1st step:fruit dessert cups - persimmon dessert

    Pour the milk into a small saucepan, then add sugar and diced persimmons. Blend the mixture thoroughly to ensure there are no remaining pieces of persimmon. Divide this mixture into six dessert cups, each holding 12 cl (4 oz), and chill in fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight if preferred.

  2. 2nd step:fruit dessert cups - persimmon dessert cups

    After cooling, garnish the persimmon desserts by placing persimmon cubes on top of each cup. Enjoy!

For this recipe, I used 6 dessert cups holding 12 cl = 4 oz.
