Ingredients:
    dessert layers:
  • 100 grams short bread
  • 50 grams butter (melted)
  • 500 grams chocolate pudding (prepared)
  • 200 grams whipped cream
  • 15 grams cocoa
  • 20 grams hazelnuts (chopped)
  • decoration:
  • 6 Rocher Pralines
step by step method:
  1. 1st step:dessert cups with buttery short bread crumbs

    Mix the short bread crumbs with the melted butter and separate into 6 dessert cups each: (16 cl = 5 1/2 oz).

  2. 2nd step:chocolate pudding dessert cups

    Fill the prepared chocolate pudding into a piping bag and pipe half of it into the cups finishing the second layer.

  3. 3rd step:chocolate dessert cups

    Fill the cups with the left shortbread crumbs. Now set aside two heaped tbsps of the whipped cream for decoration and mix the remaining cream with cocoa. Spread the cocoa cream equally into the cups.

  4. 4th step:ferrero rocher dessert cups

    sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts on top. And finally, decorate with the set-aside cream and the Rocher pralines. (You can fill the cream into a piping bag with a star tip if you like, and pipe it on the desserts.) Chill in the fridge or enjoy right away...
