This recipe serves six chocolate dessert cups. A delicious treat that combines delightful chocolate nougat, moist brownie crumbs and heavenly whipping cream mousse.

First, crumble the brownies and fill half of them into 6 dessert cups (12 cl = 4 oz).
Let the nougat melt in the hot whipping cream and mix. Fold this mixture into the whipped cream. Add approx. 40 grams of the chocolate sprinkles and fill the cream into a piping bag with star tip and fill half of the cream into the dessert cups.
Now top this layer with the second half of the brownie crumbs.
Decorate the cups with the second half of the nougat cream as desired and sprinkle with the remaining 10 grams of the chocolate sprinkles. Enjoy...
I used 6 dessert glasses (4 oz = 12 cl) you may adjust the ingredients for bigger or for more glasses.
